Teleimmagini? is a collective of media activists working in the field of independent media. Born in Bologna (Italy) in 2000 to practice and socialize communication from the bottom, through the sharing of resources and technological knowledge.
Teleimmagini?’s mission is to share knowledge for enriching with experiences among people who have always been excluded from the outline of communication and from political and social participation.
The project that unites the members of Teleimmagini? is the audiovisual practice combined with social and political interaction in the territory, between people who live actively.Through a sharing of resources, technology and knowledge, Teleimmagini? produces audio-video-web production and training courses on communication, organizing events and film-forum, makes documentaries and fiction.
Thanks to the free and spontaneous participation in the group and immersion in social dynamics, Teleimmagini? moves from Bologna and began his wanderings co-production for Italy, Europe and Latin America. Thanks crossing active projects like indymedia.org, ngvision.org, indivia.net, telestreet.org, Teleimmagini? moves on the European landscape. Bilbao, Barcelona, Paris, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Copenhagen, London, Pula, Berlin, are some of the realities that we have crossed, projecting our materials and participation in European meetings on communication from the bottom.
